Meet Carol
Carol’s passion for real estate ignited as a 7-year-old during the family’s search for a new home in the suburbs of Washington DC. What started as her parents’ quest turned to a personal fascination with the mantra, 'location, location, location!' This early exposure laid the foundation for a lifelong love affair with the world of real estate.
Later, this passion for what "home" could be for clients arose out of her experience of buying and selling properties, building and renovation projects. With this range of experiences, she became a realtor with the simple and singular focus of "helping" clients with their real estate needs. She doesn't like pushy sales people, so in turn, she avoids "selling" clients on something they may not want.
During a significant chapter of her life, she partnered with her husband, Piet, in pastoral ministry, a period instrumental in refining relational skills, which is integrated into her current realtor role. She led the pre-marital ministry of their large, young church, and led small groups for years, finding joy in helping people connect in community and grow in their faith.
Carol may show good Texan manners in a real estate deal, but you may not want to face her drop shot winners on the tennis court. She’s also a big fan of pickleball, where her motto is "carpel dinkum,” and loves golf outings. Carol is best at seeing contracts through to close...and she does it with good humor. She and her husband, Piet, have three amazing children who are each making their mark in their career fields.
Rest assured, entrusting Carol with your next real estate transaction will be a decision you'll be glad you made.
