Sunrise Beach Village

The Sunrise Beach Village community has many wonderful lake home opportunities  to call home and enjoy on Lake LBJ. This town is located northwest of Horseshoe Bay and is about 12 minutes from Kingsland and 18 minutes from the Horseshoe Bay Resort. 

Be sure to check out some of the beautiful lakefront parks while you’re visiting, such as GSLE park, East Lakeshore Park, or McNair Park where you can actually see Beaver Island across the lake in Granite Shoals. 

Sunrise Beach Village was established in 1958 and is one of the first lakefront subdivisions on Lake LBJ. It is located in Llano county and the city does not allow short-term rentals. Thus making it the perfect place to have utter quiet, peace and privacy at the lake.
